Stephen J. Luczo, a member of the Microsoft board of directors, resigned from the board effective March 17, 2014.

Departure of Luczo, chairman and CEO of Seagate, 57, happens just six weeks after the appointment of Satya Nadella as Microsoft CEO.
He has been a member of Microsoft's board since May 2012.
