Mike Goodwin, President and COO, SoftNAS

SoftNAS LLC has named current CFO and industry entrepreneur, Mike Goodwin, as president and COO of the company.

He joined the company in 2013 with a successful track record of more than 24 years of finance, strategy, start-up and operational expertise.

He will continue as CFO while also providing leadership to the sales and marketing teams.

Goodwin has served in management roles for global enterprises including Accenture, Sprint, and United Airlines. His experience includes strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and operational improvements that led to the development and growth of businesses in the transportation, branded consumer goods, entertainment, healthcare, human resources, technology, and non-profit industries.

Goodwin believes in giving back to his community and has contributed by co-founding TeXchange, a non-profit that serves entrepreneurs in Texas. Additionally, he is a founding board member of the Houston Community Toolbank, an affiliate of the nationwide non-profit that provides tools to organizations for community service projects and events.
 
He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and earned an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
