John Glendenning SVP Sales and Marketing, StorMagic

StorMagic, Inc., the software-defined storage company enabling hyper-converged infrastructure for organizations managing one to many lean IT environments, announced that John Glendenning has been appointed as the company’s SVP sales and marketing.

With a brief to continue the company’s rapid corporate growth and deliver a clear he to the market about SvSAN’s scalability, ease of use and hyper-converged functionality, John will also be responsible for driving partnerships with key systems and server vendors including Cisco and Lenovo.

Glendenning brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and hardware field and marketing operations to the role, having held worldwide and European leadership positions in the UK and US. Prior to StorMagic, he led EMEA field operations for big data database DataStax (Apache Cassandra) and worked in a senior capacity at companies including Virtual Computer, Citrix, XenSource and Platform Computing.
