Jerome Conlon CMO, Open Source Storage

Future Lab partner and former executive at Internap Network Services, NBC, Starbucks and Nike

Open Source Storage LLC (OSS), creator of enterprise storage solutions, announced that Jerome Conlon has been named CMO.

As the founder and principal consultant at Brand Frameworks, Conlon has lent his expertise in brand development and strategic marketing to companies from a range of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, digital entertainment, education and apparel. Recently, he became a partner at the consultancy Future Lab where he is a member of the BrandSpark Workshop team alongside Moses Ma and Langdon Morris. Their clients include Fortune 100 brands, Global 2000 corporations, government agencies and respected non-profit organizations.

Conlon has unleashed triple-digit growth at a number of major brands, expanding their meaning, relevance and resonance to wider circles of consumers. He was global director of marketing insights at Nike, Inc. from 1986 to 1996 when annuals sales grew from $860 million to $6.6 billion. In addition, he has served as CMO of Internap Network Services, VP of brand planning, consumer insights and new products for Starbucks Coffee Company, SVP marketing and program development for NBC Entertainment, and he has been a professor of economics at Gonzaga University.
