Edward Vesely EVP and CMO, Vision Solutions

Vision Solutions, Inc. appointmed Edward Vesely as EVP and CMO, overseeing the company’s worldwide marketing operations.

He rejoins Vision Solutions after working as the first CMO at SilkRoad, a software solutions provider. In addition, he previously held marketing positions at Click Commerce, CA/Platinum Technology and Accenture, and began his career with IBM, where he developed system and application software. Prior to serving as CMO at SilkRoad, he provided strategic and operational leadership at Vision Solutions as SVP marketing. During his six-year tenure at Vision Solutions, he led all marketing functions and supported global channels solutions, resulting in record revenue, customer growth, and strong  earnings.

Vesely is a published author and holds two Bachelor degrees from Northern Illinois University, in DeKalb, IL, in Journalism and Public Relations, and Computer Science. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago.

In his new role, Vesely will report to Nicolaas Vlok, president and CEO.

“Ed has extensive experience in developing strategic marketing initiatives and increasing global sales through successful go-to-market execution,” said Vlok. “I’m pleased to have him rejoin our team as CMO.”
