Brian Wistisen Director of Product Marketing, StorageCraft

Backup and DR solution provider StorageCraft Technology Corp. announced that Brian Wistisen is the company’s new director of product marketing. He comes with more than 15 years of marketing management experience in the information technology channel.

At StorageCraft, he is responsible for managing all marketing activities for StorageCraft’s backup and DR solutions, professional services and training programs.

“Brian Wistisen brings a wealth of knowledge about product marketing in the IT channel, specifically the backup, DR and storage space, and most importantly he understands the needs of our partners and their clients,” said Curt James, StorageCraft’s VP marketing and business development. “His addition not only strengthens the company’s marketing efforts, but will also enhance the success of our partners.“

Prior to joining StorageCraft, Wistisen managed and directed product initiatives for some of the most recognizable names in the IT industry, including SanDisk, CA Technologies, Symantec, and Intel’s LANDESK division. He also has significant experience working with sales, channel partners, MSPs, VARs and distributors around the world.

Wistisen received his MBA and bachelor’s degree in computer information management from Brigham Young University.
