Andrew Perry VP Global Channel Sales, Violin Memory

And Christian Putz VP EMEA channel sales

Violin Memory, Inc. announced the promotion of Andrew Perry to the position of global VP, channel sales, and the promotion of Christian Putz to the position of VP, EMEA Channel Sales.

Additionally, the company announced its new Global Partner Program

The Global Partner Program is designed to reward partners with increased revenue opportunities and market growth by providing flash to their customers as the transformational economic centrepiece for enterprise and cloud data centres and next-generation application and workload deliver solutions.
 
Perry,Violin Memory Perry joined Violin in January 2013 as the VP of US channel sales and has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience including partner and distribution strategies for technology companies including Peribit Networks (Juniper Networks) and VitalSoft, a division of Lucent Technologies. Moving forward, he will focus his talents on the expanding global channel partner programs, services and support, and direct the efforts of the channel sales teams in the Americas, EMEA, and AsiaPac regions.
 
Violin Memory,putz Putz brings leadership across the EMEA channel having held previous roles at EMC, where he developed and grew channel business. He will be responsible for growing channel partner business through strategic relationships with reseller partners in all of EMEA. His expanded team includes Kamel Kerbib in France, Ashminder Ubhi in the UK and NI, Robert Schiller in Germany and Richard Ruddlesden as business development manager for the Windows flash array EMEA.
