Alex Pinchev Board’s Director, OneCloud Software

OneCloud Software ( (OneCloud Labs, Inc.)), in the hybrid cloud management market, announced that Rich Krueger and Alex Pinchev have joined its board of directors.

Krueger is a software entrepreneur with a track record of developing and commercializing new technologies.

Pinchev is a global executive with a 35-plus year track record of success in the software industry and experience ranging from founding companies to being a senior executive and serving on boards of prominent publicly traded companies.

 Rich Krueger has been involved in developing and bringing to market software products that continue to generate over $100 million per year in revenue and solve major industry problems. He was founder and CEO of DynamicOps, a venture-funded, cloud automation software company he started in 2008. DynamicOps was acquired by VMware in 2012 and its products were rebranded as vCloud Automation Center (vCAC) and continue to be a component in VMware’s cloud management offering. Before this, he held executive roles at several companies which either went public or were acquired including Incipient, Continuum Software, Conley Corporation, and Discreet Logic‘s Stone+Wire division. He holds an MBA in Operations Management and MS Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and BS from Rutgers University.
 
 Alex Pinchev is the CEO at Capri Ventures, which provides strategic advisory services to technology start-ups and works with investors to accelerate the value of their portfolio companies. He previously served as president and CEO at Acronis, provider of data protection and DR software with over three million consumer and 200,000 corporate customers. Prior to Acronis, he was the president of global sales, services and field marketing at Red Hat, where he grew revenue from $50 million to over $1 billion on nine years. He also held a range of senior roles within a range of technologies, including MRO Software, Interchip, and MainControl, where he was chairman, CEO, and founder. He has served on the board of directors of BMC Software, Qualys, LogiAnalytics, and XebiaLabs.
