Adrian Flores-Serafin GM in Latin America, Infinidat

Was working at IBM, XIV and EMC.

Infinidat,Flores-SerafinINFINIDAT Ltd announced that seasoned storage sales leader, Adrian Flores-Serafin has been named the GM for Latin America (Mexico, Central America and South America).

 

 

 

He will oversee region-wide operations, including sales, partnerships and implementations of the InfiniBox enterprise-proven storage array.

INFINIDAT opened an office in Mexico City, Mexico in 2015.
 
Flores-Serafin has close to 20 years’ experience in technical sales leadership. He brings a track record of achieving sales quotes. He also possesses broad knowledge of global markets and extensive experience working in Latin America specifically.

Before assuming the role of GM in Latin America, he was INFINIDAT’s technical sales director.
 
Adrian is one of the storage industry’s top technical experts and most knowledgeable on enterprise storage trends,” said Steve Sullivan, VP of North American sales, INFINIDAT. “As a native and long-time resident of Latin America, he has a thorough understanding of the storage market there and the specific challenges of the region’s enterprises, such as implementing and managing big data and analytics, virtualization, data protection and BC, and databases. Adrian’s expertise and leadership will be pivotal in driving sales, channel growth and expansion of the customer base across Latin America for INFINIDAT.

Prior to joining INFINIDAT, Flores-Serafin served in storage technologist and global sales roles at IBM and XIV (purchased by IBM in 2008). He previously worked at EMC as a senior solutions architect. Earlier in his career, he held the positions of senior storage architect with Novus Consulting Group and senior integration specialist with Dell/Perot Systems.
