UK MSP TIG Selects Asigra and Zadara Storage

Asigra Inc. a cloud backup, recovery and restore software provider, and Zadara Storage Ltd, enterprise storage-as-a-service (STaaS) provider, have been selected by TIG Ltd (a subsidiary of TIGL Holdings Ltd), provider of cloud, connectivity and transformational managed services in the UK, to enable it to deliver a performant file and block storage and cloud backup solution to its customers.

This is the first time a managed services provider has deployed Asigra and Zadara Storage together.The result is a complementary solution that enables MSPs to offer agile services that meet changing customer requirements in a pay-as-you-go model for faster revenue realization.

Together Asigra and Zadara deliver high QoS file and block storage and data protection in a pay-as-you-go model to MSPs as a flexible, cost effective solution. Asigra software is hardware agnostic and is installed on top of Zadara’s patent-protected VPSA storage arrays to create SAN and NAS in the cloud solutions. The Asigra software aggregates the data from all machines, drives, applications and systems, with optional offsite replication for additional redundancy and DR. The Zadara Storage VPSA service provides enterprise SAN and NAS while the ZIOS service delivers private object storage. The services can be deployed at any location (cloud, on-premise or hybrid), supporting any data type (block, file and object) and connecting to any protocol (FC, iSCSI, iSER, NFS, CIFS, S3/Swift).
