Storegate SOSA Certified for HP Helion Ready Program

SOSA (Storegate Online Storage Application) has been certified for the HP Helion Ready Program.

The Helion Ready Program offers hardware vendors and solution providers a way to test and certify their products with HP Helion, and become a part of HP ecosystem. Helion is an enterprise cloud platform brand from HP consisting of hardware, software, and services hosted in the private, public, and hybrid cloud. It was announced and launched in May 2014. HP has stated it will commit $1 billion over two years to develop and market the platform.

Helion combines OpenStack and Cloud Foundry to deliver a cloud platform based on open standards, and enterprise-grade security, reliability and manageability. It helps customers build and manage hybrid cloud services at enterprise scale. The HP Helion Ready badge signifies that the software can be deployed by customers with HP Helion OpenStack and HP Helion Development Platform and will be supported by the company.
