The media and entertainment experts will be offering Elements’ range of exceptional SAN and NAS media storage solutions effective immediately, with the first demos to take place during NAB.

Elements ONE, the 4U all-in-one SAN/NAS server and storage solution that allows for 360TB of shared storage will comprise the core of the display. Like all Elements appliances, Elements ONE features native media sharing, enabling all connected clients to access all files through a shared file system and storage, embracing Avid Media Composer with Avid bin-locking and project sharing support. Elements ONE provides a set of workflow enhancement and management tools and features, including a sophisticated MAM (media asset management), user management, file and task manager, and project management.

For those facilities that already have an Xsan or StorNext-based shared storage environment in place, the developer offers Elements Gateway, a 2U gateway server that provides all the features and benefits, but without the storage. And a mobile appliance for the use on-location is available: Elements CUBE supports up to 16 drives in a small factor chassis, providing editing and data management capabilities on the go.

Elements brings a unique scope of media storage functionalities to the US market. We are thrilled to be the company that will introduce the tremendous benefits Elements provides to video professionals in the post-production and broadcast industry,” says Jon Guess, CEO and owner, ALT Systems. “Dedicated to an overall operator-friendly approach, all attributes and characteristics embedded into Elements’ products are designed to enable the user to manage and maintain the system autonomously with virtually no IT skills required, and share media files effortlessly, making complicated workarounds obsolete.

Utilized by many broadcast and post-production facilities in the UK and all across the European continent, Elements approaches the US market with their range of specialized products that provide shared performance media storage solutions at attractive price point.
