NCE Purchases Assets Related to Dot Hill AssuredSAN 2000 RAID

NCE Computer Group (Europe) Ltd has entered into a purchase agreement with Dot Hill Systems Corp. of Longmont, CO to acquire various assets related to the AssuredSAN 2000 Series product line of disk arrays.

As part of the purchase agreement, NCE has been appointed the authorised service provider for repair and field maintenance, including out-of-warranty service of this line of disk array products.

The AssuredSAN 2000 Series products have been re-branded by a number of the OEMs as well as being employed by a range of corporate users across the globe. This product range has provided users with a reliable and scalable HDD-based RAID storage solution, which NCE will be in a position to support for many years to come.

NCE has been authorised and approved by Dot Hill as a repair and service partner on this particular product line and has access to Dot Hill’s technical information and databases to support NCE in its repair and service operations. This agreement and certification will give NCE access to the installed based across the UK, EMEA and North American territories.

The AssuredSAN 2000 Series product range compliments NCE’s extensive multi-vendor service portfolio of data centre products, including all major brands of data centre equipment, and continues to position NCE in North America, Europe and the UK for both repair and field maintenance services.
