HM Systems Distributing Ahsay

Ahsay Backup Software Development Company Limited, a backup software provider in Hong Kong, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ahsay Systems Corporation Ltd  and HM Systems Co., LTD, a company incorporated in Korea, have signed a distribution agreement.

HM Systems is an IT company in Korea. Through the cooperation, Ahsay expands its distribution channels in Korea.

Under the distribution agreement, Ahsay HK has granted HM Systems an exclusive license to distribute, sell and deliver certain backup software products under the trademarks and trade names of Ahsay HK as its distributor in Korea. The cost of all returns from customers and all after-sales support services relating to the products is to be borne by HM Systems unless otherwise specified.

According to business demography statistics in 2014, the number of active enterprises in Korea was 5.56 million, an increase of 3.4% from 2013. The number of workers in active enterprises reached 18.4 million persons in 2014. Thus, there is a huge potential customer base in the Korea market. As Ahsay backup software solutions support many languages, including Korean and English, the products could support local users. This distribution agreement provides opportunities for Ahsay to tap the market potential there.

Schubert Chong, CEO and executive director, Ahsay, said: “Currently, the Group mainly conducts customer sales through our sales websites. We intend to expand our business by arranging additional distribution channels for our products to customers. The partnership enables the Group to actively reach potential clients in Korea’s enormous market through HM Systems. Recently, we have been strategically expanding our market share in AsiaPac. In April 2016, Ahsay HK has signed a distribution agreement with eSTORAGE Technology Corp., a company incorporated in Taiwan. Through this cooperation, we provide our backup software products to the Taiwan market. In the future, we will continue to look for potential partners and expand distribution channels, thereby extending our scale of business in AsiaPac.
