CloudFuze Partners With Egnyte

To offer hybrid storage services to enterprises

CloudFuze, Inc. has partnered with Egnyte, Inc. to bring migration, sync, and other file management capabilities to joint customers.

Using Egnyte’s enterprise file-sharing platform with CloudFuze, customers gain the ability to migrate files into their Egnyte storage environment. With CloudFuze’s self-service or assisted migration services, Egnyte customers can transition from their previous storage environment to Egnyte.

CloudFuze offers Egnyte customers a migration path from cloud storage services, enterprise content management (ECM) systems, and private storage using industry-standard protocols, including WebDAV, CMIS, and FTP. After completing the migration process, CloudFuze offers Egnyte customers a value add upgrade to Egnyte file-sharing capabilities.

Customers are increasingly coming to Egnyte with diverse storage environments and with files and documents stored in a variety of systems,” said Bart Giordano, senior director of business development, Egnyte. “To capitalize on the hybrid storage services that we offer, customers need the ability to migrate from and manage files within a growing number of cloud storage options, enterprise content management (ECM ) systems, and other places where their files reside. For CloudFuze, the relationship with Egnyte is part of CloudFuze’s role in the evolution of hybrid and multi-cloud storage models. By managing the growing universe of storage options through a universal platform, CloudFuze eliminates complexity, enables multi-cloud and hybrid storage management, and helps customers gain the benefits of these diverse options. Customers can then realize value and productivity from their file storage and management systems.
