14th Edition of IT Press Tour to Come

105 US companies visited by European press since June 2010

The IT Press Tour, a media event launched in June 2010, and operated, organized, promoted and initiated by The Condor Consulting Group, a marketing services and consulting firm based in France, announced participating companies for the 14th edition scheduled of December 1-5 in Silicon Valley to be flollowed by European 15 journalists and reporters.

Twelve innovative companies will be visited: Cloudera, Cloudian, Diablo Technologies, Elasticsearch, Exablox, Nimble Storage, ObjectiveFS, Platfora, Platform9, Primary Data, Qubole and Spanning Cloud Apps.

This new edition of the IT Press Tour, the 14th, represents a key milestone for the team and the project with a total of almost 150 sessions – 149 exactly – and 105 companies met since we launched the project in June 2010,” said Celine Coustaut, owner, IT Press Tour. “We’re glad to visit new emerging companies and established ones. Two very visible companies come back, Cloudera for the 5th time and Nimble Storage for the 4th time, demonstrating the value of The IT Press Tour and the strong relationship we have built with them over time. The 10 others are new participants.”

Nimble is always looking for unique opportunities to engage with the European audience. For the fourth year in a row, IT Press Tour will provide an efficient platform for us to expand our brand awareness across the region,” said Dan Leary, VP WW marketing, Nimble Storage.

The IT Press Tour represents an excellent opportunity for companies such as Diablo to gain valuable exposure to the EMEA server and storage markets,” said Kevin Wagner, VP marketing, Diablo Technologies. “As demand for our Memory Channel Storage (MCS) platform continues to gain traction in the enterprise, the IT Press Tour will provide the right venue for delivering our progress and messaging to the critical press and bloggers across the EMEA territory.
