Division of Konica Minolta Acquired Assets of Integrated Data Solutions

And sister company RockIT Cloud Solutions, to expand cloud computing offerings in Michigan

All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. (Konica Minolta) and an IT services company, has acquired the assets of Integrated Data Solutions, Inc. and its sister company RockIT Cloud Solutions, LLC, both of Detroit, MI.

The clients of both companies will be serviced by the All Covered IT Services division of Konica Minolta, giving All Covered a stronger foothold in the greater Detroit area and a wider platform for expanding its cloud computing services. The acquisition became official Dec. 1.

Integrated Data Solutions has been delivering proactive computer network maintenance through its managed IT consulting and support services, while RockIT Cloud Solutions has focused on providing customers with cloud-based BC and data recovery services. Through the acquisition, the staffs of both companies have joined All Covered, adding a group of IT services professionals that understand cloud computing and other technology demands facing businesses today.

As a result of the acquisition, customers of Integrated Data Solutions and RockIT Cloud Solutions will gain access to All Covered’s affordable and scalable cloud solutions including cloud servers, backup and DR, BC and hosted applications.

All Covered’s cloud offerings are hosted in two secure, private datacenters that are SOC1/SOC2 compliant. In addition to its cloud services, All Covered provides offerings including IT security, application development, desktop management, email management, server and network monitoring, a 24×7 client help desk and onsite support.
