IBM: Fiscal 2Q14 Financial Results

Revenue from IBM’s storage hardware business decreased 12% in 2Q14, ended June 30, 2014, compared to the same period one year ago.

Big Blue saw this business going down each quarter since more than two years and a half (see table below.)

Storage represents 21% of IBM System and Technology segment or only around $693 million in 2Q14. But flash storage grew more than 100%.

Revenue of Tivoli is up 47% from 2Q13 to 2Q14.
