MT Højgaard Deploys Box to Power Collaboration and Content Management
MT Højgaard, a Danish company that specialises in construction, infrastructure projects and installation of offshore wind turbine foundations, needed a collaboration solution for its distributed field workforce. The company deployed Box to simplify content access on mobile devices and enable information sharing among colleagues as well as external partners. Simplicity, integration and connectivity were key factors in MT Højgaard’s decision to roll out Box.

“Box solves the problem of sharing information with our external parties and making our files and projects accessible on any employee device,” said Morten Lykke Jensen, IT enterprise architecture manager, MT Højgaard. “It has genuinely increased collaboration across our company. We are very impressed with how easy it was for our staff to begin using Box and with the overall control that remains within the IT team.

SteelSeries Chooses Box to Enable International Collaboration
Located in Copenhagen, SteelSeries has offices in multiple cities around the world. The company needed a collaborative platform for storing and sharing large files across multiple regions. It also looked for a way to make it easy for employees to sync videos, 3D drawings and presentations to their desktops to access offline.

Box meets our needs perfectly: it is a scalable solution, it has excellent performance and provides essential global accessibility,” said Rune Berendtsen, CIO, SteelSeries. “It has helped us to decentralize management and put the power into the hands of each team. We can now provide access to information in multiple countries in an efficient, controlled and simple way.
