LeaseWeb implemented NetApp All Flash FAS (AFF) systems, running on NetApp ONTAP data management software. By using SSDs and stepping away from traditional HDD drives, it gained performance efficiency and sub-millisecond latency. Servers work at higher efficiency, allowing CPUs to work to their potential. In addition, storage upgrades can be performed without downtime and data can be moved between nodes without disruption.
