For its customers who expect a zero downtime, enterprise offering, Key Information Systems is utilizing VirtualWisdom to ensure its cloud is up and running at performance 24/7/365.

Key Information Systems, a regional systems integrator with compute, storage and networking solutions, and professional services for software-defined data centers, is among a group of Virtual Instruments partners that are first-to-market with enterprise hybrid cloud services offerings. By embedding VirtualWisdom into its hybrid cloud service offering, KeyCloud monitors the health of its IaaS offering, gaining the visibility and definitive insights that help ensure performance and availability for its enterprise customers.

By integrating the VirtualWisdom platform directly into our cloud offering, we can guarantee a performance level for our customers that provides us with a competitive edge in the marketplace,” said Lief Morin, president, Key Information Systems. “Guaranteed performance is an integral component of running enterprise infrastructure and should be a core component of any cloud provider with customers whose businesses depend on continuous availability. When our customers choose KeyCloud, they can be assured of the highest levels of performance and availability due to the integration of the VirtualWisdom platform.

For optimal visibility into enterprise systems, IT teams need insights not only into the cloud, but also into the entire integrated heterogeneous infrastructure. Virtual Instruments works with its partners to help ensure this visibility for their service offerings that span on- and off-premise environments. It helps partners drive the performance and the lowest risk for their IaaS offerings by enabling them to identify and remediate performance-impacting events-and alerting them to emergent issues that can potentially impact system-wide latency and overall health before they become problems.

Historically, cloud providers have been unable to guarantee performance for their customers or deliver real-time analytics as to the health of the customer’s infrastructure,” said John Gentry, VP marketing and alliances, Virtual Instruments. “Our partnership with Key Information Systems demonstrates a solution to this challenge. We’ve increased our partner’s capability to provide guaranteed performance in the hybrid cloud environment, as well as enhance system visibility for its customers.
