Ajubeo Backup-and-Restore-as-a-Service Solutions for HPE Customers

To backup data from StoreOnce and 3par

Ajubeo, LLC announced the availability of its Backup-and-Restore-as-a-Service (BRaaS) solutions to Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) customers.

Customers that have deployed HPE StoreOnce backup and HPE 3PAR StoreServ Storage arrays can replicate their data to the Ajubeo cloud. The de-duplication-enabled and optionally encrypted replication allows data to be transported without re-hydration, saving up to 90% in network bandwidth costs for a very efficient compliance and retention copy in the cloud. Ajubeo also provides flexible connectivity options, whether over its carrier-blended Internet connection or with a Layer 2 network drop.

With custom solution offerings and technology, Ajubeo is positioned as a US provider and cloud partner for StoreOnce and 3PAR customers.

Backup-and-Restore-as-a-Service (BRaaS)
BRaaS solutions can maintain the entirety of a customer’s backup and provide a right-sized solution. Data is protected with an enterprise infrastructure. Matching requirements to the appropriate product tiers while optimizing performance thanks to native, carrier-grade cloud infrastructure and network resources provide predictable budgeting and cost savings.

Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS)
The company also offers DRaaS to extend protection from downtime due to a catastrophic event. When a catastrophic event occurs, vital data can be recovered and systems restored. it can use existing backups and a replicated infrastructure to help a company get up and running within the needs of their mission-critical applications and data.

Access and backup of critical data is vital for businesses,” said Steve Brothers, Ajubeo interim CEO. “Our goal with the HPE partnership is to create an inclusive, cost-effective, tailored, and efficient solution with flexibility addressing this need.

Many companies see backup as an inefficient process to manage internally and are looking at outsourcing alternatives,” said Chuck Adams, director, partner ready for service providers program, HPE. “Ajubeo’s Replication, DR as a Service, and backup solutions are ideal for HPE’s customers who wish to extend their environment into the cloud. Customers are able to meet requirements for second sites while paying for only the storage they need.

Ajubeo is part of HPE’s Partner Ready for Service Providers program, which supports the service provider business model within HPE’s Partner Ready program. Partner Ready for Service Providers leverages HPE’s solutions to bring services to customers that meet their requirements for security, reliability and flexibility. Partners in this program deliver a range of services, including dedicated hosting, hybrid cloud hosting, managed hosting and application-specific hosting for mission-critical applications.
