Enterprise bookings up 570% last year

SolidFire, Inc. closed out the year with an average 50% increase in sequential quarterly bookings in 2014, while its enterprise business grew 570% over the previous year.

Enterprise customers represented over 50% of bookings in Q4, while the service provider segment also continued to grow rapidly.

Over 90% of total enterprise bookings for the year involved a Cloud Builder channel partner, highlighting SolidFire’s channel-centric strategy.

The company continues its leadership position with service providers by more than doubling the number of businesses leveraging service provider infrastructure.

Now, an estimated 58,000 businesses worldwide are fueled by SolidFire storage infrastructure, with the company adding several new service provider customers including Lunacloud, HOSTING, Hosted Network, Immedion, Rackforce Networks, Inc., and Richard Fleischman & Associates in the last quarter.

As we look forward in 2015, SolidFire plans to continue expanding our market reach with unique storage solutions aligned to the many different ways that customers are consuming storage infrastructure now and in the future.”

In a recent TechValidate survey, customers identified QoS, Scale-Out architecture and In-line Data Reduction as key features driving their decision to purchase and deploy SolidFire.

Additional surveys showed that over 80% of enterprise and service provider customers have seen end-user satisfaction improve as a result of implementing company’s all-flash platform.
