Securities Class Action Lawsuit by Lundin Law PC Vs. QLogic

Lundin Law PC announces a class action lawsuit has been filed in the USDC for the Central District of California against QLogic Corporation concerning possible violations of federal securities laws between April 30, 2015 and July 20, 2015.

Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired shares during the Class Period should contact the Firm in advance of the November 27, 2015, lead plaintiff motion deadline.

According to the complaint, the company made misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

  • QLogic was being adversely impacted by lower than expected demand due to weakness in its enterprise server and storage markets; and
  • QLogic was being negatively impacted by operational issues, including an inventory build-up at a major OEM customer.
