Goldberg Law PC is investigating claims of potential misrepresentations by QLogic Corporation.

The investigation focuses on whether the company and its officers violated securities laws by issuing misleading information to investors.

The investigation concerns whether the company violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Specifically, the investigation will focus on whether
the company made misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

(1) QLogic was being adversely impacted by lower than expected demand due to weakness in its enterprise server and storage markets; and
(2) QLogic was being negatively impacted by operational issues, including an inventory build-up at a major OEM customer.
