Service Agreement Between Fujitsu Siemens and Quantum

To maintain Scalar tape libraries
Customers purchasing these tape libraries from Fujitsu Siemens Computers or from the company’s channel partners can now obtain equipment installation and maintenance services from the same source. Using the tape libraries along with Fujitsu Siemens Computers’ servers or CentricStor virtual tape solutions will save time and money because customers will only need a single point of contact for their entire solution. A recently signed Authorized Service Partner (ASP) agreement with Quantum has enabled Fujitsu Siemens Computers to make this addition to its services portfolio.

virtual tape solutions also have Scalar tape libraries from Quantum. We
can now offer them a single, central point of contact for their entire
solution, making CentricStor even more efficient and convenient for
users."
