xVault DSS products include xNVR, xView, and Unified Storage Solutions which round out the xVault storage family. xVault DSS platforms have been custom configured for Video Management Software (VMS) packages to ensure performance and compatibility.
Performance Tuning for Video Management Systems
Partnering with leading Video Management System software companies, Seneca engineers install, test, and certify VMS packages on all xVault xNVR platforms. Its proprietary certification process provides integrators out-of-the-box functionality, saving time and simplifying deployment. Developed to meet the demands of any project the xVault xView platform provides mid-range and performance client workstations with multiple video display options. Completing the digital security and surveillance solution, xVault Unified Storage delivers storage platforms with expansion capabilities to hold up to 360TB of raw storage.
"Our world class digital security and surveillance engineering lab allows us to optimize configurations to deliver performance that is superior to off-the-shelf solutions, at competitive prices," said Steve Maser, Vice President of OEM Services at Seneca. "We are pleased to have certified and validated solutions with OnSSI, Milestone, and Genetec and look forward to continue innovating solutions for the digital security marketplace."
The xVault Digital Security and Surveillance platform performance testing includes monitoring and recording bandwidth, disk throughput, CPU and memory usage, and VMS specific performance logs in order to calculate system throughputs of xNVR video appliances for each VMS.
"Seneca products offer the flexibility and the design specifications to meet even the most demanding digital surveillance products", said Jeffrey Stout, Network Solutions Manager at Tri-Ed Northern Video. "The in-house testing and verification lab ensure the digital security surveillance products that reach our customers will perform as specified, if not better."
