Among the solutions featured will be the new Self Encrypting Drive (SED) solutions available for the IT channel, the new TS-4801-SE 2.5” Green Storage Systems, available with extended Simplified Key Management, innovative storage solutions for professional applications, security, eliminate re-encryption and reduced cost via standardized technology.
The Arena TS-4801-SE 2.5” Green Storage is the whole new milestone for disk array. The products fully comply with latest HDD trends - SAS, Small Form Factor and Self Encrypting Drive, providing high performance, eco friendly and protection on data-at-rest.
The embedded intelligent F/W algorithm support self-encrypting drives; the 'Instant Secure Erase' function which permanently removes data when repurposing or decommissioning drives, providing a much more safety level of data erasure than other common methods, such as overwriting or degaussing. Moreover, the web-based 'Key Management' functions featuring easy way to enable the authentication key for encryption or decryption the Self-Encrypting Drives (SED), making the drive(s) unreadable to any unauthorized access.
