NORTHERN Parklife AB has released a Japanese language version of its Northern Storage Suite. This new language version will provide Japanese users with a local language user interface, as well as Japanese language reports and online support.

Since 1997, Northern Quota Server, a component of Northern Storage Suite, has been made available in a Japanese language version through a division of Hitachi, a Northern business partner. In response to a growing need for more sophisticated storage and data management, Northern worked with RUNEXY Ltd., a Japanese reseller, in delivering a localized version of the suite, enabling Japanese users to leverage its full functionality, including robust reporting, advanced content management quotas, file blocking, chargeback, and an end-user portal that encourages users to be more responsible and economical in their storage management.

The suite will be sold and supported by RUNEXY, which is expected to accelerate Northern’s penetration of this large and important market.
