Sharpcast Inc. announced a new summer promotion that includes exciting rewards for top referrers of their digital life management service, SugarSync. Earlier this month, SugarSync launched a referral program that was so well received that the company has extended it through the summer and launched a new contest that makes sharing the Sugar even sweeter.



With the most generous referral program available in the industry, SugarSync users will continue to earn unlimited 'double bonus' storage for every referral from now until the end of August. Those who refer friends to a 2 GB account can earn 500 MB of free space and those who refer a 30 GB account or larger can earn 10 GB. Additionally, the user who refers the most SugarSync accounts will receive a Macbook Pro. The runner-up will win an HD flip camera and the third place winner will receive a pair of Bose on-ear headphones. The count will be based on the number of people who sign-up and install the SugarSync application between June 16 and August 31.

Last month, SugarSync held a successful contest, challenging users to share their best Sugar stories in order to win one of five netbooks. Within a week, the company received over 500 submissions. The winning stories highlighted unique uses for SugarSync around the world.
