Sylvie Cantau-Berggren (46 ans) a rejoint en mars son nouveau poste de Directrice Services de Quantum pour la France. À ce titre, elle sera responsable des activités Service et Assistance Technique de Quantum pour la France et le Benelux. Elle est directement rattachée à Bruce Jones, Senior Director EMEA Service Operations de Quantum, basé à Paris.
Sylvie Cantau-Berggren occupait précédemment le poste de Responsable du support technique global de Microsoft France sur les technologies Internet où pendant treize ans ses fonctions ont couvert les services à la clientèle, la gestion de projets, la gestion de produits et la gestion de grands comptes. Auparavant, elle était responsable de l’Éducation des Clients et du Service Marketing chez Data General et NCR France.
Sylvie Cantau-Berggren est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en sciences informatiques de l’ ESIEA - Paris (Ecole d’informatique, électronique, automatique) et est spécialisée en Mathématiques.
