Ayal Vogel, VP of Business Development at Intransa

Joining from Safeguards
Intransa, Inc. announced the addition of industry executive, Ayal Vogel, to its team. As vice president of business development, Vogel will assume responsibility for the growth of Intransa's extensive sales and technology partnerships and its continued, rapid expansion of the physical security and industrial video platform leader.
"Intransa's products completely eliminate the risk, cost and complexity of relying on commodity IT server and storage hardware for the demanding physical security market, by offering simpler, less expensive and more reliable appliance solutions," said Vogel. "With the industry's leading video management software vendors already working closely with Intransa, I'm looking forward to leading the business development team that made that happen while extending our industry partnerships in new ways that further benefit our customers."
Vogel joins Intransa from global security integrator Safeguards Technology where he was vice president of sales and marketing. Over the past two decades in the industry, he was president of AMID LLC and Barantec, Inc., he also held challenging EVP assignments at Indentica Holdings and Mer, Inc. and held successful long-term sales assignments at Honeywell/ADI and Visonic Ltd.
"Ayal will be a tremendous asset for Intransa and I am delighted that he has joined our leadership team," said Bud Broomhead, CEO. "His industry reputation, contacts and expertise make him a great fit in this important new role for Intransa at a time when our sales continue to accelerate."
Vogel, based in Ridgewood, NJ, is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, with a B.S. in communications and business administration.
