Il débute sa carrière en 1989 dans la distribution informatique, chez Realsoft, où il occupe successivement plusieurs postes : commercial sédentaire, acheteur et enfin au sein de l'équipe marketing.
Il intègre en 1995 l’équipe de Gigatrend, grossiste spécialisé dans la sauvegarde, en tant que responsable d'activité, poste qu’il occupera durant 5 ans. Il rejoint, en 2000, Synstar, groupe paneuropéen spécialiste des solutions de stockage, en tant qu'ingénieur commercial, de nouveau pendant 5 ans.
C'est en 2005, qu'il entre chez Overland Storage France, au poste de Reseller Manager. Nommé aujourd'hui Directeur Commercial pour la France, Emmanuel Brugere mettra à profit ses 13 ans d’expérience sur le marché du stockage pour renforcer les relations avec les revendeurs et partenaires français et développer les ventes. Pour l'aider dans cette mission, il est assisté d’une équipe en charge des relations avec les VAR stratégiques.
