After leaving FalconStor with same position
Actifio, Inc. announced that Donna Williams, a former Hewlett-Packard, IBM and FalconStor Software executive, has joined as vice president of global services and support.
Most recently, Williams was vice president of global support and services for FalconStor Software. For six years prior, she established and governed support and services programs for Hewlett-Packard's business technology optimization (BTO) software suite as director of software support delivery in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Williams directed the software support and customer satisfaction of the organization, which had revenues of $600 million.
Williams has a bachelor's degree in computer science from La Salle University and a master's degree from the University of Baltimore.
