To copy USB drives or flash memory cards to Blu-ray discs without PC
EZPnP Technologies Corp., the makers of the EZDigiMagic brand of digital storage devices, has added Blu-ray burning capability to its family of stand-alone optical burner products.
The EZDigiMagic model DM550-BD can copy directly from USB drives or flash memory cards to Blu-ray discs without requiring a PC. With this innovation, EZPnP now offers consumers the added convenience of creating backup discs that hold five times more data than a standard DVD.
The DM550-BD weighs less than three pounds and is easy to use on-the-go. It accepts all major memory card formats and supports USB PictBridge for printer connection. It also has a USB host function for connecting directly to cameras and camcorders - allowing users yet another helpful way to backup photo and video files. With an easy-to-use operating system, the EZDigiMagic allows files to be shared between Blu-ray/DVD/CD, flash memory cards and USB storage devices. Other important product features include: a color TFT display for photo preview; TV-Out playback with remote control; disc-spanning, and time-stamping.
