FileGenius Releases V5

FileGenius version 5, released Jan. 2, 2012, is in use by more than 60,000 professionals and organizations worldwide.

Version 5 is the most significant upgrade, offering 25 major new features. The upgrade is free to all current users.

FileGenius is a cloud-based secure file transfer and sharing solution available only to businesses and organizations. Oi requires all customers to validate their legitimate business or organizational status and does not allow storage, transfer, or sharing of potentially illicit media files, such as music, videos, ebooks or software - unless the customer can substantiate a legitimate use for these types of files.

Known a secure file storage, transfer and sharing options, FileGenius is also a cost-efficient solution. It maintains its policy of charging a single flat fee, based on length of subscription term, versus the prevalent industry practice of charging for users, through-put, and number of transactions.

FileGenius requires a web browser and Internet access to use - no hardware, software, configuration or IT management is required. The solution is hosted and managed by Applied Answers, Inc., the developer of FileGenius.
