Pitney Bowes, Inc. (PBI) and Unitrends, provider of rapid-recovery solutions that protect and restore critical data and systems, announced a new agreement in which Pitney Bowes will provide nationwide on-site maintenance and repair services for Unitrends and its customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Pitney Bowes will act as the exclusive, authorized service provider for Unitrends and deliver a full portfolio of on-site repair, installation and maintenance services in support of Unitrends and its extensive base of U.S. customers. The collaboration enables Unitrends to provide consistent, nationwide repair and maintenance services to its customers for their Data Protection Units, and further expands Pitney Bowes’s multi-vendor services capabilities in the storage market through storage area network appliance support.
