Omneon, Inc., a provider of media server and active storage systems for the broadcast and digital content markets, announced that it is partnering with Bycast Inc. to deliver highly scalable data protection and preservation to customers that need rapid access to vital data. The solution combines Omneon's MediaGrid clustered storage platform with Bycast's StorageGRID storage management software.
