To its solutions centres in UK, France and Germany
MTI Technology has added EMC VNX capabilities to its Solution Centres in UK, France and Germany, enabling customers to test performance and functionality within a fully integrated virtualisation architecture within a three-location cloud environment.
MTI's pan-European Solutions Centres have been refreshed to enable customers to test the new range of EMC VNX products. The new VNX series from EMC provides customers with a unified platform for all applications which can create 50% capacity savings and provides an optimised platform for VMware ESX virtualisation.
MTI's Solution Centres already offer Vblock Infrastructure Platforms for proof of concept testing by customers. MTI anticipates significant growth as a result of the addition of the EMC VNX capability to its Solutions Centres and who can offer customers the ability to test a full environment from technical implementation to application management. With the integration of MTI managed services, MTI Care, customers can test an integrated architecture for cloud and virtualisation.
Christian Putz, Partner Sales Director for EMC Europe, Middle East and Africa comments: "Our VNX range is designed to bring customers to a unified and most importantly, simplified infrastructure which enables them to embrace new technologies. MTI's adoption of VNX in its Solution Centres means that our reach is expanded with customers."
Aad Dekkers, Chief Marketing Officer, MTI says: "MTI has identified two major constraints which are pushing managers to turn to an integrated infrastructure. Firstly, the increased complexity of data centres is pushing customers towards the deployment of unified solutions in order to manage the workloads. Furthermore, financial constraints are encouraging IT managers to turn to managed and scalable solutions which fit within budgets and respond to business needs. Our 'three's a cloud' Solution Centres help customers achieve an optimised and automated data centre environment in lab conditions which they can then successfully transition to their business."
