InPhase seized after not paying $10.3K in taxes
InPhase Technologies, which handed out final paychecks to its 60 employees Tuesday, was seized Friday by the Colorado Department of Revenue for nonpayment of taxes. Next to a large 'Seized' sign on the front door of company headquarters at 2000 Pike Road, the Department of Revenue notice stated that the company had “delinquent and unpaid sales taxes” of $10,337.14. The notice said a public auction would be held, at a date to be announced, for “all of the personal property, furniture, fixtures, equipment and inventory owned by or used in the conduct of business” by InPhase Technologies.
