Bell Microproducts Inc. announced that The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC has approved its application for the relisting of its common stock on The NASDAQ Global Market. The Company's shares are expected to resume trading on The NASDAQ Global Market when the market opens on January 25, 2010 under the symbol BELM.

Bell Micro was delisted from Nasdaq in March 2008 for not completing past-due period reports with the SEC.
