Cloud Service Provider Virtual Computing in Netherlands Protected VMware Environment

Nakivo, Inc. announced that Virtual Computing BV, a cloud service provider in the Netherlands, has selected its Backup & Replication to protect their VMware environment.

Virtual Computing provides its 2,000+ end users and 300+ companies a variety of products and services including online workspace, web hosting, storage, Internet, IP telephony, and IT support.

The virtual environment at Virtual Computing consists of approximately 250 VMs.

“Our VMware VMs store everything from SQL servers to Microsoft Active Directory. With over 10 years of experience, we customize our products and services to the particular needs of every customer and our end goal is to provide them with 24/7 availability and data protection, so that they can focus on other business objectives,” says Robin Damen, CEO and owner, Virtual Computing.

With Nakivo Backup & Replication, we save at least an hour per day and can allocate that time to other important business operations,” says Damen.

In addition to VM backup, backup copy provides additional advantages to Virtual Computing.

“We provide a twin datacenter solution, so VM backups need to be stored on both locations.
