Continuum Managed Services LLC released a case study on Scotland-based Itek Systems Management‘s delivery of 24x7x365 IT and BC services to its clients with Continuum’s Continuity247.

Itek initially partnered with Continuum for its Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) services, but has since added Continuum’s fully-managed BC platform.
